








As the principal director for Verte, Danelle Marqui Brown is an unique &
dynamic creative mind, producer, environmental & humanitarian
activist. She has worked alongside award winning companies such as
Rolling Stone Magazine, MTV Networks, and then made her way into
the production field. For three consecutive years, Danelle worked for
Dalzell Productions, one of New York City’s top special events firm, as a
production coordinator for the Tribeca Film Festival.
Danelle holds her BFA in Interior Design from FIT with a focus on
sustainability. She has since worked for established architectural/design
firm MA Architects. Some of her clients at MA included Ben Sherman,
Scholastic Inc., Stockland Martel, and Kido. Working as well for a
reputable Real Estate and Acquisitions Company, she has done
property management for several properties located in the 5
boroughs of NYC, developed multi-media presentations for potential
tenants and real estate brokers such CB Richard Ellis, Damon Dash,
Seven Jeans, Quick Silver and Movado.
Danelle further expanded her area of expertise by taking on a
creative position within the design intelligence department at Sterling
Brands and then the prestigious, The 7th Art. At these leading branding
design and strategic consultancies, Danelle used her innovation and
connection to culture to create projects for clients such as Pepsi,
Unilever, Playskool, Wrigley’s, Frette, BlueRock Real estate, and Blum
Enterprises to name a few.
Today, Danelle Marqui devotes her full attention to Verte and making
a positive difference whenever she can. It is her goal and mission to
empower individuals, businesses, and organizations through education,
design, and innovation. She is a DONA trained labor doula, is known as
“The Green Doula” and recently launched her new blog Labor day
2008.
